At StephenKingdom, we want every Constant Reader to love what they receive. Here's how we make it right if something goes wrong.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we'll replace it or refund you in full — no return shipping required. Simply email hello@stephenkingdom.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll take care of it immediately.
Sizing & Buyer's Remorse Because every item is printed to order especially for you, we're unable to offer refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind purchases. However we're happy to offer store credit toward a future order within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To initiate a return for store credit, email hello@stephenkingdom.com with your order number and reason for return.
